From the founders

We started SpecMade because owning a home shouldn’t feel like a constant state of anxiety. As first-time homeowners, we’ve had pipes burst, had to reconfigure our electrical system to install an EV charger, stayed up googling things we didn’t understand, and wondered what we were missing. We had tools to manage everything else, but nothing to manage our homes. So we built it.

We are rethinking what it means to own a home. Not just fixing what’s broken, but helping you feel confident, supported, and one step ahead. We believe the thrill of getting the keys to your first home shouldn’t be overshadowed by worries about future expenses and responsibilities.
